This cake is flourless and therefore naturally gluten-free. We make all gluten-free cakes on separate benches with seperate equipment but please note we are unable to cater to coeliac customers as our kitchen is just too small to guarantee there is no cross contamination of gluten.

I’ve taken my favourite elements of a Black Forest cake and made it my own.
This rich, flourless dark chocolate cake is filled with cherries and raspberries, covered in chocolate cream cheese buttercream and topped with freeze-dried raspberries & cherries, house-made berry coulis and hazelnut crunch.
